Just as an informational point, taking vitamins right before you go to bed may adversely affect your acid reflux. You may want to try taking them with your dinner (or another meal), instead, to see if that helps anything.

See, that's what I was thinking, so that's why I tried taking them earlier in the day. Unfortunately, I really don't like the weird taste that B-vitamins have when you, ahem, burp 'em up. I'll try to remember to take them at dinner, which is at least marginally better than dinnertime, but the other concern is that the medication I take before dinner, which has a dose of baking soda in it, may make it hard to digest/absorb the vitamins. So maybe I *do* need to take them in the mornings...?

Try them with a meal, whenever you decide to take them to see if that reduces the burp factor. ;)
